1. HoS ( House of Sampoerna )

Museum in the House of Sampoerna is located in "Old Surabaya", majestic building complex is in the Dutch kolonial style built in 1862 and is now a preserved historical site.












 This museum offers a unique experience for visitors. From the story of the founding family the closely watching a hand-rolled cigarette production fasilities and ended with his own unforgettable experience of rolling a cigarette. 


















Old Bicycles

There bicycles were found in founder Liem Seeng Tee's mountain home in Prigen, an hour from Surabaya. It is believed that they were precious assets of his, most probably used by himself during his early life 



 

Old printing Machine


Cigarette packs, labels and otherprinted materials were produced using this oldand still functioning printing machine, here in Taman Sampoerna Plant.  Starting in 1990 printed materials are produced in a modern and canggih plant in pandaan. Using machineries that we can produce outputs 40 times this machines capability










Street Stall


  There are hundreds of thousands of semi permanent outlets like this on the roadsides of Indonesia. They sell cigarette ad many other producs from candies to sandals. Stalls like this also sell cigarette in sticks. They are very important modies in the cigarette distribution network. Curently, about 35% of Dji Sam Soe selles comes from stick selling.







There are also art galleries that will present a series of exhibition of works by Indonesian artists and provide a place for talented yong artists to perform their work. Entering the gallery of painting we are entitled to fill in the attendance list that was provided by Sampoerna





West Residence

For sampoerna’s founder Liem Seeng Tee, it was imperative that his family lived at the factory. Not only did this enable him to supervise every facetof the factory’s operations, it also give him sons the opportunity to learn the business.
            There are two residences in this factory, this West Residence and the East Residence at the other side. The two buildings are actually mirror copies. This West Residence was the home of Liem Seeng Tee and his immediatefamily of five children. Continuing the tradition, Aga Sampoerna (Liem Swie Ling), the founders second son, also lived here and run the business from this building. Aga’s second son, Putera  Sampoerna, is now using this residence with his family
